How to order

To ensure you get the exact cake you want, please note the following:

If you place your order at least 4 days in advance (H-4 or earlier) before your collection date, you can choose from our full cake menu as listed on our website. This includes flavors, and sizes.

If you place your order less than 4 days in advance, your options will be limited to what is currently available in our kitchen. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but full menu options may not be possible due to time constraints.

Why the color is different from picture?

Product photos were taken in natural sunlight, which can affect color appearance. Lighting conditions, time of day, and angle can slightly alter how colors look on camera. Device screens (phones, tablets, monitors) also display colors differently based on settings and technology. For best accuracy, view the product in natural daylight, such as near a window or outdoors. We strive for accuracy, but some variation may occur

Are there any ready cakes?

yes we do, we have few minimal options available daily. not on display though, please reach us through whatsapp for more

whats included in my purchase?

the cake purchase comes with a set of birthday accessories (knife, wood matches, candle)

What payments do you accept?

we accept Credit Card, local bank transfer, paypal , multicurrency local bank transfer (usd, aud, sgd, gbp, cad, jpy, hkd, eur and etc ), alipay in yuan

Is it possible to have sudden order such as sameday order or tomorrow?

Sometimes it is possible based on our schedule on that day, please reach us through whatsapp

Do you make any vegan items?

No, we do not. our cakes contains heavy dairy, gelatin, and eggs

Do you deliver nationwide?

No we don't, we serve an area within our range of 50km maximum

How do you deliver your cakes?

we offer delivery using our private charter / licensed bluebird shipping

Is it okay to pick up my cake using motorbike?

We strongly recommend you NOT. our cakes melt easily under hot temperature. we suggest you to collect them by CAR.

in a car ride, cake could at least last for an hour with an AC turn on, please store them immediately in the refrigerator (not freezer) once arrived

do you make alcohol cakes?

yes we do. very few actually.

Do you do custom?

Currently we are not accepting any customs

how long does your cake last in the fridge?

we recommend consuming the cake within 2 days for best taste.

How to check on the delivery rate?

just reach Gina on whatsapp and we will assist you.

Is my cake insured of any damages during shipment?

if using our private charter, yes. Complaints are accepted within 1 hour from arrival time.

Will there be any physical receipt attached?

No, the buyer will receive payment confirmation and if theres any E-receipt / E-invoice needed to be issued it will be sent to the buyer's email / whatsapp

Will i be able to change my item/ cancel?

feel free to reach out to us, we appreciate a 24 hour notice though.
