DELIVERY POLICY 

• Please double-check your delivery address before placing an order. The address must match Google Maps exactly. Deliveries are scheduled based on the selected date and time slot.

• Whole cakes are delivered by car only. If the location is not accessible by car, the driver will stop at the nearest reachable point, and the customer must meet the driver.

• If delivery fails, the cake will be returned to us and the delivery fee is non-refundable. Customers may arrange self-pickup through our customer service.

• If the cake is damaged by the driver, please report it immediately upon receipt while the driver is present. Complaints made after the driver leaves will not be accepted, as responsibility transfers to the customer once the cake is received.

We handle all cakes with great care. However, traffic conditions and road quality may affect the journey.

Delivery Time

Our in-house drivers deliver multiple orders per trip, so exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed. We deliver within the selected time slot only. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. This service uses trained drivers and vehicles with cooling boxes to ensure cake quality.
