The matcha cream adds a creamy, smooth texture with a stronger tea flavor, making it feel rich and tasty.The matcha nama chocolat, a special soft chocolate, melts in your mouth, offering a velvety sweetness with a hint of the tea's unique bitterness. Altogether, this cake is a delicious mix of sweet, creamy, and tea flavors, making it a treat for anyone who loves matcha! 
note that: most 99% of our cakes contains loads of fruits and quite generous amount of cream, and the sponge we use is so soft. it can be quite tricky to slice especially if the cake is tall (more than 9cm). we suggest that customer can slice the cake with their sharp kitchen knife for a clean balanced cut. 
note that : some cake might look deconstructed after cutting (the ones with heavy fruits)
