the taste: Its light and airy sponge layers are filled with intense chocolate flavor. the smooth chocolate mousse is weet and little bit bitter, while vibrant strawberries provide a refreshing and tart contrast.

note that: most 99% of our cakes contains loads of fruits and quite generous amount of cream, and the sponge we use is so soft. it can be quite tricky to slice especially if the cake is tall (more than 9cm). we suggest that customer can slice the cake with their sharp kitchen knife for a clean balanced cut.
note that : some cake might look deconstructed after cutting (the ones with heavy fruits)

best consume within 2 days stored refrigerated in the box or an airtight container to avoid drying

cream and milk are UHT/ chilled and pasteurized products may contains traces of nuts, soya, sesame and gluten
we could not make an exception for who have these allergies as we work at the same environment and share the same kitchen tools
