San Sebastian Pistachio Cheesecake

Creamy & Custardy: Like a classic Basque cheesecake, the base is smooth, rich, and slightly caramelized on the outside due to its high-temperature bake.
Slightly Savory Edge: A hint of salt (often from the pistachio insert or in the cheesecake base) balances the sweetness beautifully.
Toasty & Caramelized Crust: The signature burnt top adds a subtle bitterness that pairs wonderfully with the sweet nuttiness of pistachio.
note that:
most 99% of our cakes contains loads of fruits and quite generous amount of cream, and the sponge we use is so soft. it can be quite tricky to slice especially if the cake is tall (more than 9cm). we suggest that customer can slice the cake with their sharp kitchen knife for a clean balanced cut.
note that : some cake might look deconstructed after cutting (the ones with heavy fruits)
